How are you combating aging A/R?
Krysten Blanchette: “To contain aging AR, what we're doing today is really looking at denial avoidance by decreasing the (number of claims that will eventually fall into) zero to 30. So the less that you have initially held in receivables, the less that can go into the aging. So we're working really hard with our utilization review team, our case management team, and physician advisors to avoid those denials up front, whether it's clearing authorization or level of care or (anticipating and providing) support for more documentation.
