Leadership additions sharpen Knowtion's ability to design, deliver and communicate revenue cycle outcomes
BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 10, 2026 – Knowtion Health, a healthcare revenue cycle and reimbursement company providing complex revenue recovery solutions, today announced key leadership team additions. John Holyoak joins as chief solution officer; Mikky Franklin as chief delivery officer; and Sarah Sweeney as senior vice president of marketing and communications.
As payer requirements, reimbursement rules and recovery pathways become increasingly complex, healthcare providers face growing challenges identifying and recovering revenue tied to denied, delayed and underpaid claims. Knowtion combines specialized revenue cycle and reimbursement domain expertise, proprietary data and AI-enabled technology to improve revenue yield by resolving payment issues and helping providers recover more of what they are owed for care already provided. Holyoak, Franklin and Sweeney advance that approach by keeping client needs and human expertise at the center of how Knowtion develops solutions, delivers results and communicates outcomes.
John Holyoak, Chief Solution Officer
Holyoak brings 25 years of healthcare product and technology leadership experience, including roles at Zelis, FinThrive, PELITAS, RevSpring and Change Healthcare. Drawing on Knowtion’s domain expertise and proprietary data, he shapes solutions that use technology to identify reimbursement that may still be recoverable and direct specialists’ attention where their judgment can have the greatest impact.
